Shipping Policy

All reasonable care is taken into account to ensure the information provided on the products is accurate  All images, colours, textures and materials may vary in some instance due to the nature of the fibre/stone used.  If you have any question please contact us on support@africannationart.com.au  

All shipping costs are estimates as  packaging sizes can vary due to dimensions in packaging and weight.      Our pricing is close to proximate as we try to keep this costs to a minimum with our packaging so the cost you pay is a direct from Australia Post.    It is best to go through the cart to see the cost of shippng which is based only on weight only. For purchase over 30 kg please contact us for a quote

For safe delivery of your product we securely seal, clean and polish prior to delivery.  e.g. or large giraffes take up to 2 hours to pack!  So you can ensure that your purchase will arrive safely. If your package does arrive with the security seal broken, please advise us immediately. 

For Larger Items you may want to insure your purchase. Please contact us and we will organise a quote.  Six Foot Giraffes require a special quote!

On placement of an order will ship all items within 3 working/business days after payment has been received.  All orders placed through this web site will be confirmed on shipment.

We will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Africa Nation Art as soon as possible. 

Returns

Being handicrafts, it is the buyers responsibility to take the option of insurance.  If insurance is taken once the claim has been submitted ( to the freight agents) we will ship another item to the customer.

Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed

You are required to fill in a return authority form (we will send this to you) and return the product to us in original condition and packaging, with all accessories within 7 days of purchase, your receipt is also required.  To return product please:

A.  Carefully package it up

B.  Enclose the Return Authority Form as Sent from Us.

C. Affix the correct postage

D. Your Receipt (or a photocopy) and

E. Address it to:  Returns 4/8 Technopark Drive, Williamstown VIC 3016 with details as above.

THE COST OF RETURN DELIVERY AND SENDING THE REPLACEMENT ITEMS IS TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER.

African Nation Art understands that if the product  is in any way damaged during transport please nofity us within immediately seven (7) days of receiving the goods, then we are only too happy to stand by our satisfaction guarantee.
