Payments

_{When you order with us, we accept Visa and Mastercard via Paypal.   If you would like to pay by cheque or bank cheque or direct deposit please notify us via email} 

Backorder Policy

If a product is currently out of stock, we will inform you right away and see what type of solution we can come up with.  Backorders usually range from a week to a month to get more received.

You will be advised that the product has to be ordered in and the turn around time for the product delivery will be between 6 to 20 weeks. If this is acceptable payment is taken for the order and we will arrange delivery.

If you want the product within 3-5 weeks, we can arrange this.  However, for such priority delivery, you will have to pay all associated costs. These can be very expensive and in most cases is at least double the price of the item.

Lost or Damaged Goods Policy

Being handicrafts, it is the buyers responsibility to take the option of insurance.  If insurance is taken once the claim has been submitted ( to the freight agents) we will ship another item to the customer.

If a product was sent to you damaged, please feel free to contact us and we will give you instructions on how to return the product.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
